Hey, thanks for considering trying out this system. I’m guessing right now that you have a few questions about this system and my credentials. So I’m going to give you the rundown on how this systems works, why it’s effective in helping overcome our OCD Checking and what type of checking it actually helps with.

My Qualifications

Let’s begin with the most pressing issue first…my credentials.

This is easy. I have a number of degrees on the wall and they all belong to the thermometer. (Although l am well known for cooking a mean potato top pie.) Other than that l don’t have any….none….

But wait!

Before you scroll away in disgust let me explain something. You don’t need a degree in order to improve your memory. You just need a library card or a google search.

Here’s the thing though. I’ve spent thoudsands of hours over the last 12 years creating, adapting, refining, testing, more refining…of these systems to what it is now.

What about Traditional Therapy….are you a Con Artist?

Traditional therapy is great. It’s proven to work but what if there is an easier, more effective and even cheaper option for the type of OCD Checking l help with?

Let’s look at the front door again.

In ERP you lock the door then walk away. Easy right…nope. Within nano-seconds of leaving the door, your anxiety suddenly goes sky high. Every second becomes like minutes…minutes like hours. So you have to muster as much resolve possible not to recheck while being tossed around in a storm of fear and doubt.

You Can’t Help with all Forms of OCD 

You’re absolutely right. I can’t.

Remind me How it Works?

Look– look at the thing you’re checking

Lock– place an unusual yet relevant coded image on the thing you’re checking to remind you it’s been checked properly.

Label– place that same image onto your body.

Leave– once you’ve left what you’ve checked and you start to worry and get anxious you just do a quick scan of your body…review the coded information then continue on your merry way!

Where is This System Useful?

I help with Security-Based OCD Checking. That’s where you constantly need to recheck physical things for fear that a mistake will result in a catastrophe. For example, the house will flood from a water faucet accidentally being left on.

Here are more examples:

  • Doors (locked)
  • Fridge Door (shut)
  • Coffee Maker (off)
  • Heater (off)
  • Electrical Appliances (off)
  • Water Faucets (turned off)
  • Light Switches (off)
